The base material for “Knights of the Order” is a 1990’s historical documentary that explains the history of the Order of the Knights Hospitalliers from their foundation, to moving to Rhodes, then to Malta, up to the present moment. Found on youtube, the documentary was presented with subtitles that were created around 2010 by a speech recognition software.
