Documentary images and historical maps mingle into a poetical exposition of fate and society. The construction and deconstruction of society depend on the games of the gods as culture-producing element. A voice over explains the “rules” of the game and their applications on humanity. The mythological character of the story contrasts with the pseudo-scientific descriptions, thus leaving the question of the real nature of the “gods” or the controlling force of destiny.
